A suspect believed to be involved in the Mondaykidnapping of a 13-year-old girl was apprehended early Saturday in California near the U.S.-Mexico border.Police believe 23-year-old Jose Peiro-Rojo, also known as “Robert” and “Greedy,” is one of several suspects involved in Marquesia Thomas’ kidnapping Monday morning in Phoenix.Thomas was returned safely Tuesday after a group of armed men captured her and forced her into a vehicle outside a house near 35th and Southern avenues.
The men, wielding AK47s, said they were looking for someone named “Chucky.” When they could not find him, they grabbed Thomas and abducted her.
I actually heard this Amber Alert on Monday … what was the point of taking her??
