A Day Without Google
In honor of Earth Hour last weekend Google’s homepage went to black. It made little difference as the numbers show that power usage did not fluctuate for that period of time. However the folks over at this site have come up with a better test. I an attempt to get readers to try out other search engines they are asking everybody to go a day without google and use when of their recommended search engines. For me anything other than google would be cool
And no it isn’t a joke. Actually that is not true, it would be a funny joke on Google if it made any impression.
