Recently, we have received a range of emails from people protesting the recent article concerning midgets as depicted in the TLC series "Little People: Big World" and have commented as to why such a post would be allowed and even further why we would elect to not remove such a post.

It is the position of Blandlife to never censor or restrict content on this site. Free speech being a major tenant of the blog culture and progressive liberties, at all times will be respected and defended despite the sometimes scary content being published.

We pay our writers some of the highest wages for independent journalists and consequently have been pleased with the quality of the work received as a result. We do, however, appreciate our reader's concern and will continue to provide the forum for similar lively debates.
